Alchemy combinations to create a scalpel
Little Alchemy 2 lets you create over 700 items by using combinations of base elements and crafted items. However, some combinations can be particularly difficult to work out.
To help you out, we've created a step-by-step guide to crafting a scalpel in Little Alchemy 2.
Step 1: Craft a blade
Drag the "stone" element and the "heat" element to the center of the workspace. This will create "lava".
Drag the "lava" element and the "metal" element to the center of the workspace. This will create "blade".
Step 2: Craft a scalpel
Drag the "blade" element and the "wood" element to the center of the workspace. This will create "scalpel".
Congratulations!
You have now successfully crafted a scalpel in Little Alchemy 2.
